The General Services Administration (GSA) recently unveiled an online portal that aims to help government agencies find procurement vehicles to address their information technology needs.
The tool, called IT Solutions Navigator, is designed to match user requirements with contracts and expedite agency buys of products and services, according to GSA.
“We are in constant contact with our customers and we understand the challenges they face with IT acquisition,” said Mary Davie, assistant commissioner for GSA’s Office of Integrated Technology Services. “Our goal is to make acquiring IT through GSA easy. The IT Solutions Navigator takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process and gets us closer to that goal.”
The IT Solutions Navigator Tool can be found at https://gsafas.secure.force.com/itsn. Video tutorials are available as is ITS’ new live chat function so users can chat online directly to a customer service representative without having to call or e-mail.
