Boeing-Lockheed team challenges Air Force bomber contract award

The team of Boeing and Lockheed Martin has filed a protest against the U.S. Air Force‘s award of the multibillion dollar Long Range Strike Bomber contract to Northrop Grumman nearly a week after a post-selection debrief.

Boeing Lockheed statement 11.06.2015

Boeing said in a statement issued Friday (November 6, 2015) they took issue with the Air Force’s evaluations of costs in both teams’ proposals and that the company called “relative or comparative risks” of each proposal.
