DHS releases presolicitation for designing Mexican border wall

Construction and development sector government contractors looking for a design-build opportunity in the Southwest should keep an eye out in March.

In a Feb. 24, 2017 presolicitation posted to FedBizOpps, the Department of Homeland Security’s Customs and Border Protection agency has expressed its intention to request concept papers for prototype wall structures near the U.S. border with Mexico.
