President Trump has filled several vacancies in the General Services Administration (GSA).
P. Brennan Hart III now serves as the Associate Administrator of the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. He previously served as an advance representative for Donald J. Trump for President.
Jeffrey A. Post serves as a Policy Adviser in the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. He was a member of the House of Representatives’ Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and the Subcommittee on Government Operations.
Richard W. Beckler is Chief Legal Advisor. He previously was chief of the Criminal Fraud Section at the Department of Justice.
Corey E. Cooke is Senior Adviser to the Administrator for Cyber and Technology. He was Counsel and Deputy Parliamentarian for the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and Counsel for the Committee on Small Business.
Michael R. Downing is White House Liaison and GSA’s Regulatory Reform Officer. He’s held senior political and state government positions in Pennsylvania.
Timothy O. Horne has served as acting Administrator of GSA since January 20, 2017. He previously served as GSA’s Federal Transition Coordinator for the 2016 Presidential Transition and as Denver’s Regional Commissioner for GSA’s Public Buildings Service. He’s been with GSA for 24 years.
